I think one of the most important things we can do as parents is read to our children. If they are old enough to read on their own, encourage reading every day. I attended Twitter Party about reading and books and I realized just how many great ones out their that I had never heard of! Spencer(2) and Royal(7) are really big into books and I am always looking for new ones to buy them. We often donate the old ones that are still in great condition to the school library because they do not have many.

When I was asked to review some books from Joy Berry I was very interested. Royal will read just about everything. Yesterday he was in the car all proud that he was reading the newspaper.
