Does anyone else have those children that ask, right after dinner, “Can we have dessert?”. What? In what household did you grow up in where dessert is mandatory after a meal? When I was a kid, dessert after dinner was a treat. If it wasn’t your birthday, or some other special occasion, you could forget it. Don’t even bother asking! As I have said in many of my posts, I do not like many fruits and vegetables so, I get them how I can, even if it’s not the healthiest way. People think that because it tastes delicious, it has to be difficult. This is just not true. One of my boyfriends favorite desserts, takes about 5 minutes to throw together. While it is nothing fancy and impressive, it is still a great quick treat for after dinner, that everyone loves! Pudding Pie is one of my favorites as well. I am partial to chocolate but don’t tell the kids that.
2 or 3 bananas
(1) Graham Cracker Crust
(1) large box of Banana Pudding
Place a layer of sliced bananas in the bottom of your graham cracker crust.
Prepare Banana pudding as directed on the box
