I don’t know about were you live but, the weather in Ohio has finally started to feel more like Spring. Alright, well maybe not the nights when it was in the 30’s but, the days have been much more comfortable. It is that time to start getting the 2 legged and 4 legged kids out to the parks and get them moving.
Purina One 28 Day Challenge - DelightfulChaos.com
One of the ways that you can help add to getting out horizontal kids a little healthier, is to join in on the Purina One 28 Day Challenge. I would like to introduce you to Lola. She is a 4 month old Pit Bull. If you have been following my blog for awhile, you will know that I am a supporter of the breed. Lola is a Purina dog already but, she is switching over to the Purina One for this challenge. I am very excited to get her started! Since Lola is a newcomer to our planet, it’s important that the right food is picked for her. She is energetic, loving, and definitely has her own brilliant personality going. She is smart as a whip too! Lola already knows all of her commands and is house broken.

PostHeaderIcon Never ruin your walls again with decorating

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
Wall Slicks Wall Decals Review - DelightfulChaos.comOne of the most annoying things to me is tons of holes in the walls. When I hung my television, years ago, it annoyed the hell out of that there were 4 quarter size holes in the wall. Luckily I couldn’t see them until last month, when I took the television down. Not to mention all of the walls that pictures were hanging on. Between wanting to have a unique look and just not knowing where to start, I am always on the lookout for new ideas.

Having recently moved, I was looking for ideas on how to make the new space feel more personal. With two boys running around full time, I just let things be as they were, plain. Not anymore! I think the way you decorate says a lot about your personality. When you walk into someones home, you immediately get a sense of who they are, or in some cases, who they are pretending to be.

One of my favorite products are custom wall. If you have not heard of these, please come out from under your rock because you are missing out.  Wall Slicks offers custom designer adhesive vinyl laser-cut wall decals. They are quick, easy and you can redecorate your house in a day! There is no artistic or technical skill required to apply these wall decals stickers. Even the boys helped out so it’s easy enough for kids!

If you are a Mom, you are already thinking, “Stickers? There is no way!”, because we have all had kiddies sticking stickers all over the walls. Wall Slicks are an adhesive wall graphics that is as easy to remove as they are to apply, and are guaranteed to not leave residue. I can tell you that these are in fact simple to remove. I have removed one in the past with little to no effort at all. Also, with zero damage to the wall, which was painted in flat paint by the way. This makes them perfect for apartment dwellers, college dorms and kids rooms.

These adhesive vinyl wall decals can be used on virtually any surface! Yes, I did say virtually any surface. Their contemporary wall stickers work great on walls, glass, floors, doors, ceilings, furniture, and more! These high- style, designer wall graphics will improve the style in every room of your home. Some of the sayings would look so beautiful in a bathroom. The wall decals can be used in the kitchen, playroom, living room, family room, bedroom, dorm room, even the garage. I would think they would even be perfect for sprucing up the kids tree house.

You can design these any way you like. The have over 400 graphic wall decal styles with sizing and color options available. The nice thing is that the Wall Slicks wall decals look like paint. You would have to literally go up, touch it and inspect it to kow that it was a decal. The thinness of the material used allows decals to blend in with any decor and not look “stickery”. All you have to do is peel and stick it on. It’s a great no mess, inexpensive alternative to paint techniques, murals, stenciling, and stamping. Anyone can quickly add and remove these exciting wall decals.

Have you tried decals in your home? Were they easy to apply? If you haven’t tried them, are you interested in a new look?

Disclosure: I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

PostHeaderIcon Yolli Chocolate and Confectionery Tools #Review and #Giveaway

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

One of the hobbies that I have taken on, in the past few years, is chocolate making. I love the look on the kids faces when they get to bring really cool, homemade, lollipops to school for their friends. Chocolate making is really not a difficult thing to do but, depending on how detailed you want to be, it can become a headache quickly.

Yolli Confectionery tools has everything you need to begin your chocolate making adventure.  The fun part is, you are only limited by your imagination. You can get chocolate in almost any color and molds for almost any theme. I happen to have over 300 chocolate molds at the moment so I have made a lot of Lollipops over the years. Last year I had 4 of my friends hire me to make chocolates for events that they were having. Who doesn’t love to have fun and get paid for it too?Yolli Confectionery Tools - Chocolate Making - DelightfulChaos.com

PostHeaderIcon NEW @McDonalds Bacon Clubhouse Sandwich $25 Gift Card #Giveaway

McDonalds Bacon Clubhouse Sandwich Review - DelightfulChaos.comNEW FOR 2014

Love Bacon? Like I even need to ask that? Love Big Mac sauce? Then you’re going to love this! McDonald’s has introduced a new item to their menu. The McDonalds Bacon Clubhouse Sandwich features a new soft artisan roll, caramelized grilled onions, applewood-smoked bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and oh yeah … Big Mac sauce! The Bacon Clubhouse is available as a burger or chicken sandwich (grilled or crispy).

The thing that I found interesting about this sandwich is, I hate onions. I can tolerate them if the are cut up very fine but not any other way usually. I didn’t like that the caramelized grilled onions were under the chicken on mine. It made the bread soggy too quickly. I am trying to choke this up to the fact that my “burger artist” did a poor assembly job. My sons didn’t look quite as bad.
