Udi's Gluten Free Cookies Review - DelightfulChaos.comI recently learned that my brother’s girlfriend only eats gluten free foods. I really didn’t know the selection of products that were available on the market! I am the stereotypical person who thinks anything that says “Fat Free, Low Cal, Sugar Free etc” must taste horrible. The only difference is that I will give it a try. My Mom won’t even touch these types of products. Maybe that’s an old school thing, I don’t really know. Maybe she is just a stubborn Italian set in her ways too.

Udi’s showed off their delicious new gluten free Pumpkin Muffins and Ginger Cookies at the Natural Products Expo in Baltimore recently.  These items are as much a sign of fall as the changing leaves!

Gluten-free and non-gluten-free cookie monsters alike will be sure to gobble up the new soft and chewy Ginger cookies. They perfectly capture the spice of the holidays! And how can we head into October without PUMPKIN! Udi’s new seasonal Pumpkin Muffins are moist and satisfying. Will you enjoy these with a cup of hot cocoa or with a dollop of cream cheese frosting for your holiday dessert? Spencer Udi's Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins Review - DelightfulChaos.com gobbled these up. Every morning he asked if he could take a few for his school snack. I did manage to try one. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about these but they were surprisingly good. Spencer agreed :)

I am normally not a big pumpkin fan, except for my Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Pumpkin muffins smelled so delicious that I had to try them.  One word, heavenly. I wasn’t a big fan of the seeds but they were easy enough, for my picky self, to remove.  Royal and Spencer each snagged one, I tried one with them and then….. I might have hidden the last one for later. Maybe.

We all eat almost 100% gluten-free because we don’t believe its good for us. We have our youngest completely GF right now to see if it is the cause of his eczema.
