Simply put, the Dodge Avenger RT is one sweet ride. If I had to purchase a car, this would definitely be on my top 10 list of considerations. I love old cars, not so much the newer ones usually. I like the sound, the power, the feel of them. I was super stoked to have this car delivered. Look at her, she is beautiful! Who wouldn’t want to cruise around in this girl for a week?

It is a beautiful 4 door, front wheel drive car with some kick t it. The Engine is a 3.6 liter, V-6, 283 HP and it goes! It took me a little bit to get used to the Dodge Avenger but it was a blast driving once I did. Most SUV’s, that I have driven, don’t have this type of go. I found myself slipping the back end quite a bit on the first day. Yes, I am very well aware that the cause of this was a loose nut behind the wheel but I adapted to it pretty quickly.

While the look of the car is obviously beautiful, the interior has some great attention to detail. The head rests as well as the door panels and dashboard are embroidered. The black and red on this specific one was sleek. Without a doubt a head turner in the looks department.

Dodge Avenger R/T includes the following options:

While I don’t know that I would normally recommend a ‘sport’ type car for a family, this sedan is very roomy and the boys and I had no problems fitting us and all of our gear in it comfortably. It is, however, not very fuel efficient if you compare it to most other vehicles. It certainly gets better MPG then my SUV though! It gets about 19 city and 29 highway miles. Now in the week I drove it, I didn’t come anywhere close to 29 mpg.

The Suggested Retail price for the Dodge Avenger models range from to $18,995 to $25,995
